How to import & create rules

Microsoft Outlook:

with your outlook program opened, Click the Tools/Rules Wizard

Next Click Options at the bottom of the Rules Wizard dialog box

Now Choose "Import Rules" from the dialog box choices

Browse to the location where you downloaded the file to

Then highlight the file and choose "open" This will install the rule set that can filter most junk mail you are likely to receive. Please remember, spammers come up with new junkmail every day, when it isn't something the filter identifies, it will wind up in your inbox instead of the trash where it belongs.

I have made a simple filter you can add into your Outlook 2000/XP to send spam straight to your Deleted Items folder. Please send any spam which it does not filter to espam@doshelp.com.
