Many of the scam and Spoof sites use encoded URLS
so you cannot easily determine the true host/URL where it resides.
This nifty tool will help easily unmask the fraud and show the
"true" URL.
For Example: http://%74%710%719385%63%2e%64%41%2e%52%75/%3f%7a%55%72%54%641%76%66
Just paste the encoded url into the "encoded"
form box below then click URLDecode. Then copy the IP address (e.g.
192.168.50.3) and goto ARIN to look it
up!
